Design Management

Study of Design documents and drawings and review for constructability and value additions and recommend to owner during design development stage. Facilitate and provide technical support to owner for approval of drawings. A constructability review of construction drawings, coordinate and manage changes and facilitate owner for approval of changes. Coordination between Architect and engineering consultants to ensure timely incorporation of changes Verify drawings for adequacy before issuing for execution

Quality Management:

Review of technical specifications provided by design consultants. Facilitate review with the owner and recommend Value additions Conducting workshops for Engineers and Supervisors of all vendors and project team to ensure the transfer of design and contract intent Preparation and deployment of the detailed Quality plan Receive, Review and Monitor the implementation of Standard Job Procedures (Work Method Statements) Establish a Work Permit system and checklists and issue stage clearances to contractors for each sequence of activities.
